Grand Rounds and Lectures

Grand Rounds at the Department of Ophthalmology of the Weill-Cornell Medical College provide a weekly forum for residents, fellows, and faculty, together with visiting and community ophthalmologists, to examine and discuss interesting and challenging clinical cases and to learn about the latest advances in ophthalmic research and patient care. Together with the Margaret M. Dyson Vision Research Center, the Department of Ophthalmology at Weill-Cornell Medical College is at the forefront of ophthalmic innovation. Living up to its responsibility as a leader in the training and education of ophthalmologists, the weekly Grand Rounds lectures never fail to provide the audience with a memorable learning experience.

We welcome all regional health care providers and scientists. Attendees receive CME credit hours commensurate with the hours spent in the educational activity. Grand Rounds are held on Thursdays between 5-6pm, in the second floor conference room in the Weill Greenberg Center which is located at 1305 York Avenue.

A tentative schedule for the 2010 Grand Rounds is available here.
