The Research fellowships are variable in length and flexible in starting date, with one or two year durations preferred; occasionally, six month research fellowships may be offered by special arrangement. The research subject area of interest is selected by evaluating the applicant's interests and skills in the context of the extensive menu of ongoing basic and clinical research themes and mentors available within the department. Applicants should contact the individual clinical or basic science mentors directly to determine the availability of Research fellowship openings within their areas of activity.
